Represents the dashboard and reporting features to assist with operational and analytical needs.
To allow for quick and easy execution of day-to-day tasks, this functionality will enable users to be on top of their tasks and allow for timely actions and decisions.

Credit Application & Applicants
A student who wishes to apply for a credit transfer must submit a credit transfer application. The credit application will have stages that can be configured based on specific business needs.
The application can have different statuses and be assigned to other users or teams.

Activities
All interactions with students will be captured as activities. Emails or notifications will provide relevant stakeholders with timely information and reminders to take action on a specific function or process.
Activities like tasks, appointments, phone calls, or internal notes can be created for each application.

Credit Precedence
Credit precedence helps make credit transfer decisions more transparent and predictable for students transferring between programs or institutions.
The credit precedent record will map the previous institution, program (and optionally courses) with matching institution, program (and optionally courses) at the University. Each match can have information on the number of credit points (and type of credit), the related agreement or articulation, link to documentation and creation, approval, and expiration dates.

Academic Credit Management (ACM) Portal
The portal will provide prospective and future students access to create and manage their credit applications.
The portal is directly linked to the ACM App, as both reside on the same database in Dataverse. This means that any changes made to records on the portal are instantly reflected in the internal app for staff to action.
The credit calculator will also be made available to students so that they can search through published precedents before applying.
