DANIELLE WALTERS

Danielle is a functional consultant who specialises in understanding what customers really need and translating those needs into practical, user-friendly solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. She works closely with stakeholders to clarify objectives, map processes and shape solutions that fit how people actually work—not just how systems are configured.

She has supported a range of large Australian organisations on their digital transformation journeys, from early discovery and requirements definition through to solution design, configuration and user adoption. Danielle is particularly strong at turning conversations and ideas into clear user stories, prototypes and configurations that deliver tangible business value.

Her expertise spans Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, where she focuses on functional design and configuration, running effective requirements workshops, and mapping processes in a way that makes sense to both business and IT.

He specialises in designing and building complex solutions on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, advising customers on the best technical approach to meet their business and integration needs.
